any Dr help pls,ligament+meniscus injury,

Hello everyone, pls help me

ID: Ashay/25/male/61 kg/5'7'/single/non diabetic/dont eat junk food/often worry about future/no gf/9 hrs sleep daily/weather-monsoon/normal thirst/normal BP/.

Problem: Meniscus tear/Partial MCL tear in Left knee.

How it happened : Sept 2011, twisted my knee

Treatments so far: 1)leg under plaster for 2 months after injury, restricted motion after it
2) physiotherapy for 1 month,
3) operated in Decem,2011 for ACL ligament tear.
4)Symphytum officinale200,bellis per200 and hypericum perforatum200 for last 1 month, no improvement.

PRESENT PROBLEMS: Restricted motion. sharp pain in whole knee on running, knee stiff, problem in walking on uneven surface, MRI shows complex meniscus tear and partial MCL tear.

I have just bought calcarea fluor30c, calcarea phos30c, ruta30c, arnica30c, and schwabe alpha MP, all in liquid form and arnica gel for my problem. I also have Symphytum officinale200,bellis perennis200 and hypericum perforatum200. Please tell me how to consume these medicines.I am new to homeopathic medicines.

Please take arnica 200c and Bryonia 200c(stop other homeopathic remedies) two times per day for 10 days. Report in 10 days. Continue with p'therapy.

ok. Since you said you were new to homeopathic meds. some guidelines are:

1) For a dose take 2 pills/pellets/drops. Tip the pills using the cap.

2) You should give a gap of 40 minutes before and after the dose without consuming any food or drink.
