Sepia aggravation?
Hi my naturopathic doctor gave me 3 doses of Sepia 200C in May and this seemed to have a worsening of symptoms for 48 hrs then a definite improvement for 2 months. The next visit he gave me biopuncture with Sepia. Afterwards I felt much worse (it was also the premenstrual time) and have fallen into a depression for nearly three weeks. There is usually some relief when the period happens but this time just really sad, very exhausted especially in the mornings. This comes on the heels of feeling really amazing and high energy for over a month. Does this seem to be an aggravation or would this be part of a healing crisis? Also had been prescribed Berberis Vulgaris 6C once per day as a kidney drainage remedy. This worked amazing for the first month but minimal effect now. saw that you have a naturo path. Naturo paths usually are not
trained in depth in homeopathy, so this kind of thing comes
up on here quite a lot with naturopaths.

for any homeopathy prescriptions. They should have at least
5 yrs exp. and some cured cases of similar to you. If you need
help finding one or options in your area- I can help you research

The Symptoms that describe cannot come from 200c in my option. He must have give you 1M Sepia please double check that, and in most of the cases this what happens when the doctor doesn't know how homeopathic medicine works.
You also must be feeling very tired after even a good long sleep. In some cases people even lose weight up to 10lb. The symptom shouldn't last for more than 24 hours any ways.
Use Nux Vomica 200.

Thanks for the feedback. He gave me the remedy again because I was feeling better 3 weeks of the month and low energy and emotional during the PMS period which is when I had the last treatment, he said that though it was better I was still in a Sepia state.
I will find out if it is Sepia 1M when I see him in a few days. Biopuncture is a method of injecting a small amount of liquid homeopathic remedy with a tiny needle.
I have felt this kind of depression before but not for a while and it definitely seems related to PMS and hormonal imbalance.
So is the idea with Nux Vomica 200C that this clears the slate of any aggravation? Perhaps I will give my case to nawazkhan as well. I am seeing the naturopath primarily for chronic kidney disease, that is his specialty and he teaches at the Naturopathic college.

ask him to take your case, please do.
Meantime, until you decide?? on who is treating
you, I would not take anything. Everything is connected, so in other words the kidneys would
be treated by Nawaz homeopathic wise also.

Thank you. I do understand about having a doctor look at the totality, and about prescriptions clashing.

the dosing in homeopathy can make all the difference-
as people can get the right remedy, but dose is too high
or low or not often enough, and then the person gets
moved into another remedy when they had the right one
all along. So it is up to you to decide of course.

So my last question - if it was the right remedy do you think if it was the the same symptoms but worse for 3 weeks that the dose was too high? Or that it maybe should have been a lower dose but more often?

2. How was the first dose given? under tongue? pellets, liquid-
or diluted in water? Was first dose done one way and second
dose was bio-puncture? I have never heard of anyone giving
remedies in this manner- ( usually dissolved under tongue,
or in water, or olfactory - smelling of remedy)
3. When remedy is having right action- and you are not going
backwards- you don't take anymore bc it can be over dose,
and a 1M can last a long time -so find out the answer to
number 1 for sure.
