Cat help needed dehydration, will not eat

Hi- I need some help for my cat. Two nights ago, he looked frightened with his eyes wide, like he had been spooked by something. The next morning, he refused to eat. We took him to the vet and found he was dehydrated and the vet gave him fluids. After we returned home, the cat went somewhere for a day and a half- I didn't see him at all (he is an outside cat). This morning, he reappeared. He still will not each much- only a few bites. He will let us pet him, and he purrs. He is not interested in any food. I will also add that two months ago, his companion dog passed away. The vet also did bloodwork last month and two days ago, and all of the blood work is coming back fine. This cat is 15 and never had any health problems. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give your cat two tablets of Bio-chemical combination FIVE PHOS 6X Three times a day for about 6-7 days. Slowly it will start eating & will be cheerful.

Do not feed too much of liquid as it will make him lazy in eating solid.
