ibsMy Dad is 62 yr old suffering with irritable bowl syndrome from past 3 years. He has developed intolerance to spicy food and tends to have loose motions. He has completely avoided chillies and spices. He can only eat home made bland dal/lentil with rice.
Stopped consuming milk, but eats enough yoghurt. He has a routine diet every single day. Idly or dosa for breakfast. Rice, Dal and yoghurt for both lunch and dinner and a boiled white egg York for lunch. Anything addition to this will make him sick.
He has reduced 8 kgs weight from past 3 yrs.
Any suggestions to make his situation better.
