Today I got Mercurius Vivus 30c pellet.So What should be the exact dose for me.Mentely I am full of hope that I am going to fine very ,very soon.Any caution with this remedy let me know.Again thanks to reply and helpe me for recovery in right direction.

Dr. I took Mercuirus Vivus for two days, as you said so,I feel pain in my head dizzyness,stuffy nose and head also I feel hot forhead while I took this remedy.When I stop it I got very painful two pimples on my face and still white moucus comes with stool.Mently I feel to be fine with yours help and by the order of Allah .

Morning,I use to eat fiber cereal,some time bread and egg.But in egg I use to much coriender,green onion little bit milk and only salt.Some time I eat oat meal instant cook with water.One cup of tea with loots of cold milk in it.
Lunch,I use to eat every day roti,with any vegetable,cook with olive oil,salt , cumin and temric.Mostly in vegetable I cook zuccine,daal,spinich add with some daal like monge daal mostly.Some time chicken only one or two boti, cook with onion,garlic salt and cumin only I don,t use to much masales with my food.In snack I use to eat banana,some time apples only .Some time I have a fiber snack which is sweet,cinemin,and wheat which I use to eat mostly when I work and feel hungery.Same I use to eat mostly roti, with I cook lunch vegetable at dinner time some time I ate, bread with jame which is pineapple and with water some time with milk in dinner time.I have no constipation some time if I ate rice then I feel little of constipation.
I use to go wash room two times in 24 hours and in morning time mostly white moucous comes with stool.Before using these homeopatic remedys I have stomach issues like what are I am eatting I have to go to wash room.But after using these remedys with you I am feeling much batter I can eat and have no feeing of pain in stomach.I feel I am much batter then before.I have just issue now a mucous is coming with my stool in morning time.not every time.One thing I want to share you that I use to drink only pomegranate juice mostly ,it is only 4th cup in a day.And I use to eat one multivitimen a day.I don,t eat any kind of chillies and fried food.

Please take Ars Alb. 200C, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 cup of mineral water, one daily dose, for 3 days.
You must cut down on milk for the time being.

I used Arsenicum Album 200c for three days as ,You told me.I stop taking remedy four days befor white mucous is still coming but it is less in size.I also cut down for milk and milk product.S hould I wait for more days or I need to use some remedy.Mently I feel to be fine soon.

Before I use that remedy I had fear of death with this diease.Because so may people told me that people having corhn,s diease they have to live with this diease it is not completly curable here.And I was using different medicen and treatment with doctor here.But I am having same problem from one and more than half year .Then I was very very sad and hopless.But after using Homeopathy remeday I feel different .I have now feeling that ,this way off treatment is different so I am gona be fine with this treatment ,I feel no more sad and having hope to be fine with the remeday which gona be make me fine that I was before.Espacilly I am looking toward Allah and prayer and making dua form me every Namaz .I feel happy mentely and I am observing my food now which is suitable for me or not .As You told me to cut down milk,fried food and every kind of chilli.Yesterday I ate spinich and dall two time then I observe that again blood with mucous is again come.So I need your help what should I exat I have to eat?

I will take one dose of Ars Alb tonight.I do,t have Calc Phos at home if ,You think this I need I can order it.Stool is not hard because I use to eat roti every time if I eat rice then it become little hard other wise not.Mucous is white colour like milk with red colour in it sometime .Blood is not coming every time but white mucous its like milk white or I can say like white colour in egg not transparent
but a little part white like milk in egg it is like that.
