Continuous Weight Loss due to Vomets & Loose MotionsThis is the problem with one of my Friend. Please read the case history as below..
Last 2 years
It all started 2 years back. Patient had a tiring day with lots of official problems, with add on broken car.
He was coughing in the evening. So as not to disturb everybody due to his coughs, he reclined on the sofa but could not sleep the whole night.
In the morning he went to a doctor who saw that he was having fever and upper respiratory tract infection advised him to take Tamiflu (For Swine flu) along with the other medicines.
For a weeks time Patient could not have food as he vomited whatever he ate. he lost 5-6 kgs in that week. Later on he continued with the medicines but the weight was continuously decreasing.
After 2-3 months his normal eating started, but by then his weight had reduced by 10-12 kgs. Also his appetite was reduced. He started with Ayurvedic treatment wherein the doctor advised him on only Rice diet which he had for 5 months. During this period his wt reducing was going on but 2 kgs per month. After this he started eating all food but could not increase his appetite.
Now From last 3 months he has problem of stomach upset every alternate week with loose motions & vomiting. On 23rd June it started with loose motions after 4-5 days it did not stop so he went to doctor who advised him hospitalization (Pune Advantis Hopital).
The following reports have been done; and none of them is positive.

Gastro Dundonoscopy (OGD)
CT-Scan of Abdomain
Sonography of Abdomain & Pelvis

Patient still not able to digest food; vomits and loosing weight; some doctors have opinion that he may have
1. Irritable Bowel Syndrome this illness does not have any confirmatory test
2. TB the tests does not show any antibodies for TB; however Dr says this can happen in some cases as all symptoms are of TB only.
Which direction should we move on and with these symtoms what Homeopathy medicines can be suggested.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine. Please don't take coffee one hour before or after the remedy.
