Please help with acute lumbar sprain
My mom got acute lumbar sprain this noon. When she change her position from waist bent,suddenly, she could not move anywhere, acute lumbar sprain was happened. Does someone can suggest me any remedy to cure that?She is 63 years old and she has lumbar intervertebral disc herniation for 40 years.
She also has had rheumatoid arthritis 25 years ago but she was already cured.
Please help with my mom! Thank you very much!
