How to take arnica 6c for hair growth

I am looking to increase my hair growth as it has essentially stopped growing in the last two years. I've trimmed it and while I still have a few split ends, it still won't grow. I have also been using bhringraj oil in my hair but that won't do much either.
A little info about my lifestyle: I recently started working (just finished college), so the stress of adjusting to the 9-5 workweek has taken its toll on me. I also have an underactive thyroid, although I take medicine for this and my levels seem relatively normal now. My hair also has a lot of heat damage as I used to go to the beach a lot, and used to use a flat iron on it very often. It is naturally curly.
A little about my diet: I try to maintain a balanced diet but I'm not always successful. I eat a lot of tofu, edamame, cashews, bananas, and fruit juices. I also have a really bad habit of eating minimally processed turkey jerkey and baked goods. My mother practices ayurvedic medicine and says I have a 'vatha' lifestyle - too dry I believe?
Anyways thats my story - could anyone tell me if arnica 6c would work for hair growth for me? If not, what would? And if arnica 6c would work - what form/dosage should I buy and how would I take it?
