Gynecomastia and puffy nipples
I want to get rid of it. I am now 29 years old. 5 feet 8 inch height with 75kg weight now. Any suggestion with permanent solution?Thanks in advance

I am a male, 24 yrs old and I have been suffering from very mild gynecomastia (glandular breast tissue) for about 10 years. I am in great shape, healthy, and very fit, except for the presence of breast tissue. When it catch cold it comes back in shape. My chest nipple are puffy. I have hypernation problem too. I am taking no Medicine for blood pressure please suggest me some Medicine to cure my both diseases.
