Body Lice

I have had these for 3 days and took staph 30 twice a day and have just taken psor 1m. The lice seem to have gone but I have little red itchy spots which keep me awake at night. My husband won't help with decluttering and cleaning the house so I am doing 1 room at a time. Can anyone help me?

Salt water application is your excellent friend to drive lice. This is repeatedly proven to drive lice from head.
