Acnes for last 11 yrs. not only face but chest and back as well.Hi,
I am now 27 and I'm having acnes problem for last 11 yrs. Have tried many alopathic and ayurvedic treatments. However for last three months I am taking SILICEA 30 and the conditions has been good if not very good. As in last three months there have been 4-5 times 'bursts'. But last 5-6 days have been really worse. I feel as if my face is burning, that is, it generates so much of heat. For last three days I have also started to take liquid form of Silicea 30 instead of 'small round tablets'. I'm not having any spicy/fried food or cold drink etc. I am a software professional so stay in AC during my working hours. Yes, while traveling I do sweat as the weather is really very hot and humid in Delhi. The areas effected are: face (except forhead), chest(least) and back.
Please help me!

I've two things to say here:
1)I am not sure what do you mean by single dose? Online I can see two packings - 10ml and 30ml. So how much and how I need to take?
2) Right after 14 days I'll be travelling to other country for 10 days. So can you kindly tell me what should I do in that case?

If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report back after 10 days to get further suggestions.
