Cyst, Ascitis & Tuberculosis in the abdomen with pain

Dear all members

Please advise some appropriate homeopathic remedy for right side abdomen pain extending to the lower back and there is heavy swelling in abdomen for last 20-25 days. In addition to this, pain in the legs, feet increases before & during periods. However, swelling is noticed 1st time. Frequency of periods is normal. Ultrasound and various tests reveal that
1.bulky Rt ovary with haemographic cyst.
2. free fluid in Pouch of Douglas (in abdomen & pelvis area). There is moderate Ascitis.
3.Gall bladder is partially distended.
4. Tuberculosis is found positive in the abdomen.

there is no cough, coryza or cold.

Last year in the month of October, attack of typhoid was occured. Allopathic was used.

Two year back c-section was carried out.

presently, after confirmation of above deseases only one dose of Tuberculinum 200 has been taken.
