Facial Hair and skin issue

Hi,
I am 38.5 yrs and have three kids. In childhood I started having asthma but with medicines it was controlled. Was living in dry and warm climate then. Then I started having skin issues inside my elbow and inside of knees. it was very itchy and some time bleeded. Used to be very bad while sitting in the hot bus to and from school.
Menstral cycle started 11.5
I liked to release my self
Then my skin issue disappeared
My knuckles always make noise while praying especially ankles.
I am very hairy especially chin, under chin, cheeks and lips. My hands are very very dry and have cuts onthem
My cycle is always 35 days.
I gave birth to three boys.
I am always shy but when told to do some thing can do it.

Very dry and life less. Falls a lot
I took sulphur 30c almost 3 weeks ago but started having no urine and urine burning, Then urine infection, then upper respitory infection for a long time. I usually dont have it for a long time. Now I am mostly feeling mucus in my throat that i hav to clear.
After sulphur my hands are somewhat better. also facial hair disappeared for a week. But for urine problem i was suggested Antimonium crud and nothing changed other than that upper respitory infection. I dont know if it was because of that or not.
I have a lot of mucus inside me and stuffy nose every now and then. Last week i took the homeopathy made for allergy (combination of remedies) My neck bone is prominent. From last 3 years my thyroids look very enlarged but everytime i get them tested they are perfectely normal in blood test. Now i am thinking of gettting tested for any growth on it.
Also lately i cant talk loudly with kids. it hurts. i feel my hearing is not the same any more for last 3/4 years.
My mouth(mostly dry) and sweat smells very bad. I have gained a lot of weight in last 3 years like 20 lbs b/c of change of routine and stress. My feet are smaller in size and toes are tine and seperate. Not beautiful at all.
I am a daughter of a pathan and a punjabi farmer parents.
My wrists tto elbow and ankel to knee is very skiny as compared to the rest of the body.
Dont like standing for very long


Please guide me something with the following
