Never full - gut health

My 10-year-old son was diagnosed with mild Aspergers Syndrome and Dyspraxia at age 3 1/2. As he's grown he has overcome many social and language issues but remains uncoordinated physically. He also has a variety of gut issues. He does not seem to be able to tell when he is full and will continue eating, unless supervised, until he is very uncomfortable. When he was very young he would drink so much milk at one time he would vomit almost daily. Between over-eating and lack of physical coordination, he has become quite overweight (BMI = 29), which worries me. I have given him probiotics (capsules) on three separate occasions to try to improve the health of his gut, but each time he has become very ill, vomiting for 2 days, and I have stopped treatment for fear I am hurting him. Any ideas how to improve his gut health? Thank you so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Agaricus Musc 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
