Poor Memory

I am a 31 year old female... For the past year I have been noticing a fall in my memory capacity. I cannot remember certain meeting i had with friends, things like 'What day I went to some place' Or the timings of a shop/place where I went to. I cannot memorise recipes that I have made three to four times and have to refer to my recipe book... I cannot concentrate on anything I am reading and keep track of what I've read and recall it later.
I'm really scared and don't know what to do :(

Please get your thyroid and Harmone Panel (specially estrogen and progesterone) tests done. I had similar problem. Without actually knowing the problem and taking medicine is not a good advice. I have done this to myself a lot.
Keep a check on your female problems like periods.
As I know my problem I can treat it in a better way.
This is my experience and hope this will help you.

Please read this book by Timothy R Dooley http://www.beyondflatearth.com/ to understand what a patient should know about Homeopathy to get benefited.

The point is Homeopathy is an integrated system. Here the patient is healed and not diseases. Its a simple yet complex statement to understand.
