originally i am taking lycopodium 200 once in a week. i wana use silicia for peyronies disease.

You are talking about very deep acting anti-miasmatic remedies. One doesnt repeat them so often as every week. This is a sure shot approach to prove the drug and acquire new problems.
Secondly, in Homeopathy, you dont take remedies for diseases (or the allopathic names for physical symptoms). You take remedy (similimum) for the person. A similimum is a remedy that matches important generals viz., menatal, emotional and behavioural symptoms, key modalities, etc.
