Trapped Nerve in neck

I'm currently in absolute agony with a trapped nerve in my neck that is going down my arm and into my two index fingers that are numb and have no feeling apart from tingling and pins and needles. The pain is also going into my shoulder blade.

Pain is horrendous - no sleep for two nights, can't sit, stand, work, I'm in horrific pain even though saw an osteopath yesterday.

Any remedy help with this - help with pain, help with loosening up the trapped nerve.

Taking paracetemol but hate taking them and a lot of meds give me tight chest with having hayfever ie anti-inflammatories.

Anyone?
