22 month - Toddler - Nasal Congestion
HelloI have a 22 month old toddler who has been struggling with a flu since 2 weeks. Now the flu is reducing , however, the cough and the phlegm is not going away.
That is really bothering her and her appetite has also reduced quite bit, otherwise she has been a fond healthy eater all through. She has also not cleared her bowels for 5 days, and only cleared them today. However, the stools did not look constipated. They were more towards watery. Due to no bowel movement she had reduced her meals overall.
The respiratory issue seems to be bothering her quite a bit as even she would like to eat, the cough is not letting her sometimes.
We have recently moved to London, but were living in suburbs before. I donot know if the pollution is making it any more worse - however, she has lived here before and had none of these complaints.
She has also become very clingy and wants to be lifted all the time. She has always been a girl, who would not like to lifted. But that has changed now.
Weather: Moving to winter. Currently, Autumn.
Will be very grateful if you could suggest a good remedy for this.
Thank You.
Kind Regards

Hello dr,
She is also sneezing a lot early evening and after waking up from sleep in the morning.
Her hands are always cold even though it is not as cold indoors. She seems very happy in bath - warm water bath.
There is phlegm sound coming from near the throat. And nose is always runny with clear mucous.
Please suggest a remedy. Will be very grateful.

Please give her Nux Vomica 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

Hello Dr,
Thanks for nux vomica remedy, it worked wonders. And Jia was all back happy and playing.
However, she has again now developed - runny nose mainly as soon as she wakes up and in the evening, very teary, loss of appetite, little cough (which did not sound phlegmatic till yesterday but seems like a wet cough today) and very clingy and restless .
Her voice seemed changed couple of days back but only when she woke up.
This is a sudden onset. The weather here is cold and moist sometimes.
She has been well covered when we go out however I have no idea how she developed it.
We are travelling next Tuesday , hence, please help with suitable remedy so it disappears.
Many thanks
