Toothache - root canal

Hi. A large old filling is now causing pain and root canal is only dental solution. Pain throbbing, radiating upwards, gum sore, swollen and red. Tooth sensitive to touch, can't close jaw. Coffee, nicotine aggravates. Pain worse in bed or evening. Overall feeling of irritation and bad tempered. Nerves feel on edge due to pain. I feel as if pain is going deeper in tooth and affecting entire jawline. Please help many thanks in advance.

You have to have a root canal or extraction if the nerve is
dying- bc Homeopathy cannot bring nerves back to life
When the nerve is dying it decays, gets infection going and drains
your life force. You can get remedies to help with this but
the sooner you decide what to do with the tooth and take
action the better you will be.

I am aware of the conventional treatments but am asking for homeopathic aid or solutions

I just want you to know that homeopathy is not going
to fix this. It can help with infection, etc etc but
it won't fix the tooth.
