How can I delete my profile/post from the fourm

How can I delete my profile/post from the fourm?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

First- click on your own name here.All your posts will appear.
click on them and use edit button on lower right and start deleting
the copy.

Then when you get on forum go to first page look on left and
see profile- click on that and erase your name, etc.

If there is still things left, you can write Simon At abchomeopathy dot
com and ask him if he can remove what remains.

People should not remove their posts like this. They should remove only that much data that makes them personally identifiable. If people remove complete posts interested visitors are deprived of discussions taking place at the forum.

simon i couldnt delete any of my messages and my profile , can u plz help . atleast i want to change my profile name
