Swine flue
My pt diagnosed swine flu and due to developed ARDS AND started homoeopathy anti viral drops (dr.reekwegs pharmacy) after x ray shows ards changes and started ANT TART 30 TDS PT X RAY IMPROVED BUT PT PRESENT CONTINOUS COUGHING AND cough infused breathless and spo2 level not maintained. So ple suggest medicinejilesh tank on 2012-10-25

1. Corralum Rubram-200 6 pills 3 times a day for 3-4 days. If cough subsides, then make it twice.

after taking corralum rubram pt s coughing is improved. and yesterday shot in chest x ray show bilateral opacity noted and risolving stage. and patient not maintaing spo2 without oxygen supplliment. so now plan to next medicine which prescribed

1. Arsenic Alb-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Tulsi-Q 5 drops twice a day in one teaspoonful water
