Doctors, How do you Improve Egg Quality?
Dear Doctors,I have just turned 40 and have been told that my egg quality is lower due to age. I do not have any medical complications and am normal weight generally okay health. Is there any remedy that would help a woman improve overall egg quality to help soften zona pecullida (egg shell for easier penetration by sperm)?
Please doctors and specialists, what should I take. I see many people in forum interested in fertility. If there is something good for my age group, please share.
