Supporting my body after weight loss and hormonal issuesHello there!
I'm a 21 year old female college student located in America. I've been dealing with intensely stressful situations regarding my family, finances and my health my whole life and it is getting in the way of achieving my successes.
Even though I am 5'11', I have always been overweight. At my heaviest, I was 264 lbs this past May. I am now 198 lbs. I achieved this by eating 500-700 calories daily and I am now in treatment for an eating disorder.
-Around age 15, my blondish hair lost a lot of thickness and color and it is now extremely fine, thin, brittle, and dull. It is a major reason why I am so self-conscious, besides my weight.
-As I've gotten older, my facial complexion has gotten very red (super reactive to heat especially) and I think I may have rosacea. My skin is very fair, dry and at times acne-prone.
-My skin has very low elasticity for someone my age...the skin on areas like my breasts and face are very thin and tired-looking, and the weight loss has only made that worse.
-My dark circles around my eyes are more intense than they have ever been, and they have always been extremely dark.
-I bruise incredibly easily.
-I am prone to poor circulation and frequently experience muscle cramps in my feet, along with hammertoe.
-Scoliosis and persistent back pain. Slight hunch back.
Can anyone help me with this? Am I correct in assuming that these are hormonal problems? I'm assuming that all of these problems are somehow connected.
LOTS OF LOVE to anyone who can assist me with these problems. They are interfering with my performance in school and I just want to be the healthiest, happiest person I can be. I want to learn how to love my body and love my life :)

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken after meals twice daily.
This should reduce your weight further by 1kg (2.2lbs) per WEEK.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily to improve your skin and also to add zest to your life.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Exercise is essential for at least an hour daily and you will avoid oily (fast) food and alcohol. You will also control your intake of food.
Report your response in 2 weeks.

Which of these should I purchase?
Would the Phosphorus 200ck from Boiron do the job? Or should I buy 'Hyland's No.10 Nat. Phos 6x -500 Tablets' from Vitacost? How long should I take the latter?
So I'm only putting three little drops (of arnica extract in alcohol) into the bottle of water and only drinking a capful per day? Is this something I should do for regular mood uplift or is there a certain amount of time I should do this?
Thank you SO much!!
