HPV warts, male

I recently received a call from an exgirlfriend letting me know she was diagnosed with hpv. I do have a wart on my penis shaft, and another right on my penis base. Never paid much atention to them untill this recent phone call. I live in Honduras, there are no homeopaths around and I would like to begin the process of curing my body with homeopathy. Can any profesional help please?

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
HPV WARTS. Two, to be exact, one on my penis shaft and one at the base of the penis. They are small and hard, somewhat darker color than my fair skin. The one on the base of my penis does itch. I was notified by an exgirlfriend (which I dated over 3 years ago) Which means I've had this virus for over 3 years now. (I could send pictures if you think it would be helpful)
