Bronchiolitis in 11 month child

Dear Sir
My child age 11 months
He have Bronchiolitis
When age 9 months then attract
cold and heavy cough . so now doctor said he have Bronchiolitis

so i will start ANTIM TART-6x
1 drop 3 time daily for 7 days
only 7 days he is fell good. But have to dry cough.. AND i fell have to cough..and .then i stop antim tart..and start new
remedy ocimum sanc--Q 3 drop 3 time daily...but now he is aging attract dry cough and
cold. and at night time have dry cough.
Pls sir advice my what i will do??
