This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would have followed a different protocol explained below:

1- Arnica-CM (Only one dose)
---A gap of 3 days----
2- Opium CM (Only one dose)
---A gap of 3 days----
3-Kali Phos-1000c (Once daily for 5 days) & Mag Phos-6x thrice daily for next 10 days.

If any improvement noticed, repeat the whole after completing 10 days of Mag Phos. Argentum Met-1000c can also be tried but only one dose.

If the paralysis of brain is caused purely because of blood clot, then I would have followed the following protocol for 3 days:

1-Arnica-CM (once diaily in the morning)
2-Opium-CM (Once daily in the in the evening)

After the initial 3 days, would notice patients response & then proceed accordingly.
