erectile disfunction and eraly ejaculation

Hi,
I am 44 years old married for 9years and I have two children. i have some problem for the last two years which I have not yet consulted with any doctor. Though my urge for sex is quite normal but there is erection problem and though its get hard while fore playing but I cant insert it and got ejaculated within 4 or 5 stroke. Is there any homeopathy remedy then plzz help me as I am
leaving a horrible life, pl ease help me I will be grateful to you forever. I have forgot to mention mention that I am on 1800 cal diet and without any med. My sugar level is 105(pp) and 95(fasting) thanks. waiting for any suggestion
