Abdomen Pain complaints in elderly women

My mother has been complaining of lower abdomen pain for so many years now. She tried a few homeopathic remedies with not much luck after consulting with qualified homeopaths personally.

She is 63 years old and very slim and lean.
Height is 5.4 Weight is 39 kg.

She gets irritated very easily but that could be because of abdomen discomfort/pain.

She has H.pylori and Endoscopy reveals no ulcer or anything suspicious. Only that her intestines were weak.

Pain is in lower abdomen but i would say it moves across the abdomen ( wandering pain ). She has also been diagnosed as an IBS patient.

Feeling as if diarrhea would come on but produces nothing.

Feels better just after passing stool , after Burping and Flatulence.

She cannot tolerate heavy, spicy and fatty food.

She feels cold in general and avoids air conditioned rooms or sitting directly under fan.

She has hearing trouble now and uses a hearing aid. Also eye sight is weak and uses pressure controlling eye drops.

I tried finding the remedies using this website Remedy Finder app . Few of the remedies i saw are listed here.

Sepia, Sulphur, Nat-sulp, aloe , Nux, Lach, Bar-c ,Colch.

I remember her taking Nat-Sulp for a few days and she felt a little better but than the doctor stopped that and gave her something else that i dont remember.

Could you please help me with a remedy or a combination of remedies to help her.

Please give her three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects in next 10 days.

Thank You DR Kadwa for your reply. She has taken 2 doses as of now with 12 hours gap in between. One more dose tomorrow and we will see how it affected her.
