homeopathic vet-chronic ear infections

I have a rat terrier that has been suffering from ear infections for the past year or so. He has seen a traditional vet a few times and has been prescribed surolan. I realize it is a band aid fix and I'm frantically trying to find a better solution. I have been giving him hepar sulph 3 times a day for the past 3 days. His mood is good. Since giving him the remedy a lot of brown goop has been coming out of the ear. I also see pus in the ear which was there before treating him homeopathically. He is still doing a lot of head shaking and rubbing of his head on the carpet. Am I on the right track? Is my dosage correct? I would appreciate any help as I live in a small town away from any homeopathic vets.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
hepar sulph 6ch is the strength. he is a needy dog always following me around. he also deals with yeast build up between his toes. he also suffers from separation anxiety. he had a bad reaction to his 2nd set of needles as a puppy. itching his chest area until it bled. he hasn't received any needles since. he's 4 years old.

he is also on a raw food diet.

Please give him a single dose of Phosphorus 200 and see how that affects in 15 days.
