infected episiotomy wound

Hello,

I hope I can get some help here. In desperation!

I had my baby over six weeks ago. I had an episiotomy and my stitches got infected. Eventually, they burst open and I am left with an infected wound. I took seven courses of antibiotics, including flucloxcillin, metronidizole, cephalexin, erythroped A to name a few. None of them have been very effective. I've also taken diclophenac but stopped because I don't like taking too much medication. I've been to Dr a lot and visited emergency four I'm still suffering!

I'm alone because my husband works night shifts, so I NEED to get better.
My wound is gaping open and there is yellow pus. It's so painful and I can't sit, stand our walk for long. What can I do to help it heal?

for the last two days I've also developed anal fissure or haemorrhoids. I have to lie down when I come out of toilet because that's how much it hurts. It's hard because I have to take care of my baby too and it's physically painful.

Please help me. I'll be very grateful. Thank you.

Please take Muriatic Acid 30 (Muriaticum Acidum 30) in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You can also add Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily to help the wound to heal.

If as you state there is some infection in the lesion you will have to first use an antibiotic to help it to heal and also use an antibiotic ointment on the labia to ensure that the lesion is kept as sterils as possible to enable it to heal.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
