Cat, bloody urea, stone in bladder, thirst
Hello. I'm a vet and I have a cat patient that I really want to help. It is a male cat, 2 years old. He has blood in urine. In the bladder there is a big stone. I run the blood test and the cat is severe dehydrated, has a low leukocyte count and low platelets. The owner says, that the cat is drinking a lot since two months. AND the cat was presented 2 months ago, because it was eating parts of willow basket. The cat is still eating diffrent objects like shoe-laces or wallpaper. Please let me now if You have an idea what remedies would work.
The cat will have a surgery tomorrow and we will test the stone if it is a struvite or oxalate. The cat is eating only Royal - struvite diet (I know, this is sh*t) and raw meat. We will check the blood calcium as well.
Thank You.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Oh, and I forgot the most important thing. The owners are getting divorced right now so there i a lot of stress in the house lately.

You might want to try phosphorus for this cat.
