Dear Hudson1

Post your current symptoms and stop all the remedies
Post symptoms after two three days

About 1/2 hour ago I took Hypericum and I think it relieved some of the pain/ discomfort. I have a physio appointment tomorrow morning. ( I cannot cancel this late) Physio is helping but i am not sure it is a long term answer.

The liquid Hypericum seems to be helping. Would you suggest this liquid form or you have a reason to suggest the pellet form?

Hudson1 3 years ago
Unless the pellets are very old u May use liquid but personally I found that pellets are more effective
It a entirely your choice

Kaps 3 years ago
The pellets are not old but if the liquid is working I think I will keep taking it and see.

Hudson1 3 years ago
OK do that

Yesterday I was not feeling well at all. Due to the symptom tingling, numbness and gnawing in the pelvic and rectal area from my learning it seems to be neurolgia but I wonder if the muscles are something I could focus on. I just spoke with someone last night who does Bowen Therapy and she is suggesting it could be my psoas (pronounced “so as”) muscle. I need to reach out for other opinions as this is bothering me very much. Any suggestions?

Hudson1 3 years ago
When did you take the last dose of Hypericum ?
It’s not muscle it’s nerves

Kaps 3 years ago
I took it yesterday and it didn’t seem to help

What is the time at your place now

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psoas_ma...
Read clinical significance it says for the symptoms it is either the nerve of the disc between L1 and L2
But you do not have those symptoms let me see post time at your place
