Mouth Ulcer on gum.....need help

I have developed a mouth ulcer on my right gum...
It is a medium ulcer....white coloured...
Desire for water is very high...
I need help....

i read your history,so used this combinatin.

borex+arsenicum,album+sulphur+pyroginum+merc,sol+natrum,phos...all medicine 30 potency.

all medicine mix9+9+9+9+9+9 drops at time with a sip of water three time daily for 4 day,s. 5th day report me.
