looking for natural remedy for Ulcerative Colitis

Hello everyone,
I've had colitis diagnosed for four years now and I've made quite an improvement in my health and many would say that the stage I'm at is lucky.
I wiened off the Prednisone(cordisone) last christmas and since then I've been on Imuran and Asacol.
I've been seeing a natural doctor who helped me with my diet. At first I discovered I was fruit intollerant. Taking out the fruit worked pretty well but after time we realized that the grain/carb was the real problem.
I started the SCD and at first it was a success, but eventually either the fruit or the yoghurt began to revive my symptoms. I seemed to become intollerant to milk (including the homeade yoghurt), eggs and all fats (nuts such as almonds)
I am now on an exchange program in Germany, and it seems that all I can eat is mellon, rhubarb, meat and vegetables.
Are there any comments or similar cases out there?
Thanks a lot,
Peter

Also, if somebody knows that this is not the right forum for this sort of question and knows a better forum to post it, it would be great if you could let me know.
