genital warts on penis

I have warts since last one year. I had seen two allopathic doctors. the first suggested me to use podowart every third day with decaris adult tab on sat and sunday. podowart helped but the warts would reappear within a weeks time and moreover it made the skin so dry that passing urine became a problem as I am not circumcised. If i wanted to pull back the skin , it used to crack. The next dermatologist stopped podowart and started with imoquaid to be applied every second day and continued with decaris on sat and sunday.I used these for atleast 6 months before hitting internet and finding this forum. After going through the posts I have started taking thuja 30 one drop 4 times a day and also applying thuja tincture over the warts with the help of Q- tips once a day.
I am a smoker, aged 42 years. 81 kgs, 5'11', non vegetarian. I also consume 180 ml( 3 pegs) to 4pegs of whiskey daily in the evenings. After going through the posts I realized that it the self body immune which will get me rid of this.So I have started taking one revital daily and is generally trying to take good food. I used to workout in the gym a year ago daily for 1.5 hrs and have started it again. I am also borderline diabetic. please help.I have kept away from sex all these days.
