Loss of feeling post surgery, nerve damage

Following rhinoplasty to correct an unability to breathe through one nostril, feeling at the tip of my nose has been lost. Is this nerve damage, is there a homeopathic to facilitate regrowth of that nerve?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hypericum should help nerve damage.

Homeopathy prescribed conveniently - THIS FOR THAT

Decaying tooth, Foul pus smelling tooth : Calendula-Q. (put a drop locally on tooth)
MOUTH WASH : Calendula-Q (mother tincture) (one teapoon in 100 ml water). 2 times daily.
If a person uses Calendula-Q as a mouth wash, he will never have dental problems, like decaying tooth, foul breath, tooth pain, need for root canaling. Gargle strongly for 5-6 times. NO fresh water gargle after above.

Before Tooth extraction = Arnica Mont.
After Tooth extraction = Hypericum
Injuriies to Teeth or Bone = Ruta
Gum injury or surgery = Ledum
Brittle teeth or Teeth falling off in small bits = Symphytum
Fear of Dentist = Aconite
To increase capacity to bear pain = Chamomilla
Restless and unbearable pain = Coffea
For pain that is hypersensitive to touch and to cold = HeparSulph.

M.C.A., How long ago was surgery? Do you still have swelling? Have you taken any Arnica? Hypericum is good for nerve damage.

I had rhinoplasty years ago and had loss of feeling too. It took a long time but feeling came back.

Thank you Erika, Nesha, and Ruth for responding to my post. Hypericum and Arnica were the first and only remedies that came to mind for this. However the main concern is which one or should I alternate, or since I am past the trauma should I just stick with Hyp. for the nerves. From previous class I learned that nerve regrows on average 1 in per year. Will Hyp. or Arn. facilitate the regrowth of the nerve, will it speed this process? Thank you again for all of the great advice.

Blessings to you all,

It would be great to know if there is a specific potency I should take as well.

Thanks Again,

from what you describe hypericum would be most suitable. 6c, 12c or 30c.
