hairfall and hair turning white

Hi! I am 24 years old male. I have long dandruff problem. I am having hairfall since I was 20 years old. Now my hair have started to turn grey along temples. my weight is 62 kg and height is 5'10''. Please tell me any homeopathic medicine. my hands and feet are very cold in winter and my body is warm in summer as if I have temperature.

You Should consult a dermatologist. There may be internal problem (vitamin deficiency)or something that is why your hair loss occurs.

I consulted one he said it is normal that u lose some hair. and told me not to worry. He was allopath dermatologist.
