Nose rubrics

Hello colegues!
If someone has inflammation of nose interior and polypus in nose and a partial swelling of maxilar sinuses,but according to CT scan and endoscopy nasal pasagess are still enough open for air to pass through. And a person cleanse nostrils with sea salt using neti pot and a solution pass through nostril,sometimes easier sometimes much more difficult but it pass in most cases. But a person still can't breath on nose ever even after cleansing. What rubrics could I take? I mean if there is no complete physical obstacle and still person can't breath through nose is it 'Nose,Obstrucion,sensation of' or not? And if it is sensation of obstruction, could I take also 'Nose,Obstruction,breathing/mouth,must breath through' and 'Nose,Obstruction,chronic'? because it doesn't write 'Nose,Obstruction,sensation of,chronic'. Dilema is if those rubrics exclude one another. Thank you very much.
