Female Pattern Hairloss - Please help!!

I am a 28 year old female suffering from pattern hair loss for over 11 years. I used to have really thick, straight, long and silky hair in my teens. My hair loss started when I was 17 years old. I started to lose a lot of frontal hair suddenly and my scalp was soon visible within months. My frontal hairline started receding and it affected my appearance. I was extremely worried about my hair and tried a lot of different medications. All resulted in very little or no results. I was diagonized with ovarian cyst when I was 22 years. I took homeopathy medication for that. After 18 months of homeopathy treatment, I took scan and found that my cyst completely disappeared then. My menstrual cycle is usually 30-35 days with occasional irregularity. All the time I had progressive and diffuse thinning which is more evident in the frontal hairline. I can see the differnce in diameter in my hair that falls out. Some hairs are thick amd some are very thin in diameter. My parents do not have baldness at all. I am a otherwise healthy women and have a holistic and nutritious food intake. I have lost about 90% of my hair. Is my hair loss reversible? I am very grateful for any help. Thank you!
