Right Hydrocele

I am a 24 year old male who has been suffering from a right sided hydrocele for about 10 years. It is about the size of a small lemon. There is no pain, however, there are some hard areas that have been diagnosed as varicose veins. I would like to try a course of homeopathic treatment before resorting to surgery. Please advise.
