7 Month old with blocked nose and cough.

Any one pls, urgent attention required, 7 month old infant with blocked nose and cough, need help. Given him arsenic alb. 30 One drop in one tea spoon in the night and morning. Littleness improvement. Any one pls advise. Thanks.

Dr. Mahfooz, my son's nose has cleared but his cough has started to get worse, when he coughs there is sound of heavy mucus in his chest. Please advise.
