sir ,anxious in morning ,relived in open air,or tension or stress headache on leftside of head,teeth and gums pain,neck pain and extending to spinal card leftside hip pain,leftside end of pennies pain,genaral weakness,ihave taken,tranquil tablets for 5doses3week back &Phosphorus 200 pills one dose only on one week back kindly advise
