Piriformis syndrome - Can homeopathy medicine help ?

I am suffering from left leg pain from past 3 months. The pain is more only while sitting and walking. But it goes off as soon as I go to bed.

As part of my job, I need to sit for 8 hours at least.

I had gone through MRI test for Spine and fistulogram. But there is nothing like nerve compression there. Even I don't have backpain also.

So my physio wonder if this is piriformis syndrome.

My symptoms are as follows. I get needle & pins like pain in the left leg. Just not able to sit on hard surface like wooden chair etc...

Can someone help me know, if there is any homeo medicine can help for this ?

I am fed up of taking alopathic painkillers, which are simply aggravating my gastric trouble and doing nothing.

Please help.
