Blurred vision in eyes of my mother

Hi

My mother is 55 years old and she has got blurred vision in her eyes from last 6-7 months. We have shown her to eye surgeon. He recommend specs to wear and some drugs but till now no effect. She complains of seeing black threads floating in day time against her eye vision and blurredness.

We got a full body check up of her. Uric acid is somewhat high and drugs are being given to lower it. She also complains of hungerlessness and eats only 1-2 roti in a whole day !! (Earlier diet was 4 rotis in a day) . She has also lost 8 kgs weight from last 6 months

I have given her Phosophorus 200 but till now no effect.

Please suggest some appropriate drug to cure this eye ailment

Please talk about her attitude towards her family members. What other physical problems does she have?
Whether she has undergone any psychological impact in recent time?
Whether she prefers warm surroundings or cool surroundings?
How is her bowel movements?
Whether she is dull in her activity or she is swift.

Attitude towards family members is OK but not as nice as was 5-6 years ago. I mean to say she seeks negativity in even a good thing. In summary , since she is free at home and no work, attitude has become somewhat negative. She prefers medium surroundings , doesnt like extreme cold or hot. Bowel movements are OK and she is dull in her activities.

my father is having mostly this type of problem in both eyes

symptoms are : blurred vision ,he sees something floating before his eyes,cataract and many more
please advice some medicines for him also please
