1 year old ear fluid/congestion/bronchiolitis/sore throat

My now 1 year old (weighs 25 lbs) has had recurrent ear infections since 4 month old, which resulted in 3 rounds of antibiotics. I since took him to a chiropractor and took him off dairy. He has not had a true infection since, but his ears do completely fill with fluid. He recently had bronchiolitis and has been sick for two weeks. Right now, he has very enlarged tonsils, fluid in both ears, bad congestion, clear runny nose (all day), and heavy noisy breathing. I am hesitant to do more antibiotics. He is miserable, fussy, and wakes every two hours at night. What can I try to help alleviate his pain/symptoms. Thank you for your help in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
