Liquid remedies for babies

My 5 month old has an ear infection. I have used pulsatilla with good effect in the past and usually crush pillules. However, I have bought a liquid remedy to make it easier to adminster but the remedy is made up of 25% alcohol. How should I administer this to my baby - I have given one drop mixed with a teaspoon of breastmilk but don't know if this is correct? Thanks.
