Alopecia Barbae for past 8 months and Spreading

Hi
I m Suffering from Severe Alopecia Barbae. I found hairfall in my Beard area mainly in and around my Chin. I was just detected with HypoThyroid border line high or .75 increase. I m already in the Thyroid Treatment (Consuming 25mcg Thyronorm Tablet). Aven after starting the treatment for Thyroid, I see that My Alopecia Barbae is spreading. Kindly Advise me if this can be cured by Homeopathy.

Please take a single dose of Tuberculinum 1M and report back after 1 month. Only one dose, not daily.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks a lot for your advise. Should i need to Put two tablets at a time? When should i put it? IN Morning or in Night? you said only Once in a Month - Does that mean i have to put only 2 tablet and should report you after one month?
