want to cure from the curse of masturbation and healthy, physicaly stable man
To Dr. ShowravI'm 22 years old, height 5'7' and weight 55kg. I've been masturbating about 8-9 years and too addicted that I can't control it. Sometimes I can but not for more days. I heard that masturbation is good 1 or 2 times in a month but if I do it 1 time in 15 days then I have an addiction to do it 2 or 3 times in next 15 days. Thus I can't control it. =physically weak
=mentaly weak, depressed,
=brain memory very weak ( I forget instantly , I feel my brain empty when talk with other)
