Very nice and thank you Dr. Mahfooz.

I really like that you put in massage in there bc one does
not always understand how much tension, stress and blockage
are released thru touch. Many in USA treat the body
like it is a computer that you can keep upgrading for
multi tasking ..There is a feeling here that
if you are not 'busy' for even 10 minutes that you are
a lazy and unproductive person.

Massage gives you an actual 'experience' that is knowledge
about your relationship with your body. Something you
can't get by thinking or a 'download' I talk to many
teenagers every day who suffer due to never having
the 'experience' of what it is just to be- and be
comfortable in their own skin. I feel strongly about this,
we are more than just a brain, and this part of health
is not addressed here - you are seen as a bit strange
unless it is a last resort for pain management. It is
actually good maintenance that is needed on a regular
basis.
