26 month toddler - chesty cough
Hello doctor. -Firstly, Thank you for helping me out many a times in the past with right remedies to cure various illnesses of my little one .
Currently, she has been going to nursery for 3 weeks and has now developed cold, runny nose ( early mornings mucous slightly yellow and thick), chesty cough with phlegm. Her appetite is not lost however is unable to eat comfortably due to cough and cold. She developed a milk temperature 1 day back in the night but it automatically went down.
The nursery has warned us against chicken pox as a few children have been detected with it and have been sent home to rest until recovery. No chicken pox cases in Jia's batch yet though.
Please suggest a remedy to regain her health back.

Please give her Nux Vomica 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.
